“Shakaline” is the maker’s series name. “Heisei retro” is also the maker’s stated motif, linked in its release to pop colour and sparkling decoration remembered from girls’ design during the Heisei era. We can report that framing as first-party language. We cannot turn one campaign into a neutral definition of all Heisei retro.
